A space for soul connection
I’ve relied on a lot of support for my own journey and love to share the things that have help me the most.
I highly recommend Adyashanti’s “Healing the Core Wound of Unworthiness” and “Whatever Arises, Love That” by Matt Kahn. Both of these gave me new perspective and have been illuminating and transforming. I also love Anita Moorjani’s story of her near-death experience in “Dying to be Me” and “What if This is Heaven?”
“Wherever You Go, There You Are” by Jon Kabat-Zinn and “A New Earth” by Eckhart Tolle are wonderful introductions to presence and meditation.
“Survivors and Partners” is a validating and compassionate look into surviving sexual abuse and healing relationships. “Furiously Happy” provides deep, loving, and hilarious insight into living with depression and mental illness.
“Awakening to the Spirit World” is a great introduction to Shamanic work, along with anything by Sandra Ingerman or Hank Wesselman.
Last but not least my inner child loves “The Little Soul and the Sun” and “The Little Soul and the Earth” by , and “I Am: Why Two Little Words Mean so Much” by Dr. Wayne Dyer.
I return to the things I love over and over again and I hope they serve you as well as they’ve served me.
